Richard Toms
President, CEO
 and Board Chair
Mr. Toms is a Army Veteran and experienced business owner, sales manager, general manager, account executive, investment banker and seminar designer. Mr. Toms was Founder, President and CEO, of Authentic Ethnic Entrees, a manufacturer and marketer of nutritious, frozen, ready-to-eat ethnic food products. The company focused on the western U.S., serving over 330 independent grocers throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. He earned his degree in business from California State University, Northridge, and is a Graduate from the Missouri School of Auctioneering.


Milton Shawn Kepler
CEO, Sierra Leone
Limbs For U

Mr. Kepler is seasoned administrator with 8 years of management experience in the area of disability and disability issues in Sierra Leone.
 Mr. Kepler is the  Disability Program Director and Director of   Education, Sports and Communications for Limbs For U in Sierra Leone. He provides in-country information regarding local customs, politics and protocols and mandates on behave of LFU.
Mr. Kepler has a  Higher Diploma in Human Resource Development and Management from Milton Margai College of Education and Technology, Diploma in Management and Administration from Freetown College of Management and Accountancy, Diploma in Computer Hardware and Software Packages from Banktec College of Information and Technology and a Certificate in Human Behavior and Leadership from Institute of Public Administration and Management.


Kristina Larry
Kristina Larry is the managing attorney for Sassy Litigations, LLC. Kristina has been dedicated to serving people for several years. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Wyoming and is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. Kristina has worked for Lone Star Legal Aid, in Houston and Beaumont, Texas. She continued to serve communities by working for the Delaware Department of Justice under Attorney General Joe Biden, III. Kristina also served as the legal advocate for survivors of domestic violence at the Domestic Abuse Women’s Network (DAWN). Kristina’s non-profit experience as well as event planning knowledge and financial planning acumen will help Limbs For U in reaching its financial goals.


Martin Lundgren
Martin is a financial adviser and wealth manager with Northern Lights Advisors, Inc. in Seattle focused on individuals and small businesses. He has been managing money and relationships for close to ten years and loves the financial industry. Martin is currently serving as the treasure of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Seattle in addition to his role serving on the board of Limbs for U. He previously served as Client Relationship Director for a private wealth management service provider, advising wealth managers with over $10 billion under management. He was also responsible for large client relationships, investments, and asset allocation at a large multi-family offices.


Garrison A.  Ross,III
Mr. Ross is CEO of Ronaele, LLC, a manufacturer of a multi-device accessory.  He is an entrepreneur and holds multiple patents and copyrights.  Garrison is a veteran of the U.S. military.  He holds a nursing degree from Tacoma Community College.  Mr. Ross watched a family member struggle with ill-fitting prostheses, and he knows first-hand what a difference a good prosthetic limb makes in one’s ability to live a productive life.  He supports Limbs For U’s mission to help those who could not afford a limb become contributing members of society, and feels that his LFU support allows him the ability to impact someone’s life in a direct and positive way.


David George Brooke

David George Brooke, also known as "The Brooker","That Gratitude Guy" has been a speaker, teacher, life coach, and best-selling author for over 30 years.He has been a former Nordstrom Store Manager, and has managed in the corporate world for over 35 years.His published books include: "The Brookers Gratitude Journal", "Happiness Starts with Gratitude", and  "Gratitude Nuggets to Chew On." He was featured on "New Day" with Margaret Larson on KING-TV and recently shared the stage with Bill Gates, Senor at a regional conference. With over 450 gratitude videos posted on YouTube, thousands have seen his message, and he is now seen as a leading authority on gratitude, and how living a life of gratitude can enhance and improve your life.


Dr. Kent Questad

Kent Questad, PhD, Dr. Questad has been on the faculty of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington since 1982 and is a member of the staff of Northwest Hospital, Seattle, since 2000. He was formerly an Adjunct House Staff (Psychologist) at Harborview Medical Center (20 years) He is married with two adult children. He was a Staff Psychologists at Fircrest Habilitation Center from 1986-2013. He has served on the Professional Advisory Committee on Developmental Disabilities (King County Correction Facility), and Substance Abuse Advisory Committee (Harborview Medical Center). He is a licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington. While Dr. Questad was a sophomore in college, he was involved in a nearly fatal bicycle-automobile collision which resulted in the loss of his entire left leg.
